The Giant Balance Pad is far longer than standard balance pads, at over 3 foot long (39.5 x 15.75 x 2.5 "). It is double the length of our Clever Yoga large sized balance pad, but still has the same great benefits of a generous cushioning depth and lightweight properties. This giant-sized pad works wonders for standing and floor work, while offering more training support for horizontal exercise.

The extra cushioned foam yoga pad structure has been specially designed with destabilizing properties, which can be used for strength and stability training and as a balance tool for physical therapy. It is perfect for increasing the difficulty level of your training exercises or supporting recovery from surgery and injury.

The balance pad's foam textured surface is designed to provide pad to floor traction, to ensure the pad remains in place to reduce the risk of slipping while you gently glide and stretch.
